Scope of Work
The scope of work for this project involves the complete interior and exterior painting of a multi-story residential building consisting of eight (8) floors. Work activities will be carried out across Floors 1 through 8, covering both occupied and common areas.

Exterior Work:
Exterior painting operations will require the use of a swing stage to access building façades. This equipment will expose employees to work at elevated heights, which presents potential fall hazards. Proper fall protection systems and training must be implemented and monitored to ensure compliance with safety regulations.

Interior Work:
Interior painting activities will include unit interiors, hallways, and all common areas such as lobbies, stairwells, and amenity spaces. Surface preparation, priming, and application of specified paint systems will be performed according to project specifications.

Workforce and Schedule:
An estimated 6 to 15 workers will be present on-site Monday through Friday throughout the duration of the project. Staffing levels may vary depending on workload and project phase.

• Adequate supervision must be maintained to ensure adherence to safety protocols, particularly when using swing stages.
• All personnel involved in elevated work shall be trained and equipped with the required fall protection gear.
