Scope of Work:
Do the layout as per blueprint specs. Install interior 25 or 20 GA metal partitions as per blueprint specs. (20 GA in Bathroom and Kitchen). Build metal drop and soffit ceilings at units and corridors as per blueprint specs. Install wood or metal furring at 24” o.c. on all block walls or concrete as per blueprint specs. Install necessary backing for cabinetry. Install drywall as per blueprint specs. Tape, finish and sand drywall. Knock down texture or smooth finish as per blue print specs to all walls and ceilings. Deposit garbage and all debris related to our work in a trash chute provided by the G.C
