Water Distribution Systems

· Install PVC, HDPE, DIP, or copper pipelines per design.

· Install valves, fittings, fire hydrants, thrust blocks, and service connections.

· Pressure test, disinfect, and flush lines.

Sanitary Sewer Systems

· Install gravity sewer mains, laterals, and manholes.

· Set grades to maintain proper flow and alignment.

· Perform mandrel, air, or vacuum testing and CCTV inspections.

Storm Drainage Systems

· Install reinforced concrete pipes (RCP), HDPE, or CMP as specified.

· Install inlets, catch basins, junction boxes, and headwalls.

· Ensure proper slope and alignment to designed flow direction.

Backfilling and Compaction

· Backfill trenches in layers with approved materials.

· Compact to required densities.

· Install warning/marker tapes above utilities.

· Restore surface finishes (asphalt, concrete).

Testing and Quality Control

· Conduct pressure, leakage, deflection, and vacuum tests as applicable.

· Record test results and submit to the project engineer.

· Provide as-built drawings showing actual utility locations and depths.
