Water Distribution Systems

• Install PVC, HDPE, DIP, or copper pipelines per design.
• Install valves, fittings, fire hydrants, thrust blocks, and service connections.
• Pressure test, disinfect, and flush lines.

Sanitary Sewer Systems

• Install gravity sewer mains, laterals, and manholes.
• Set grades to maintain proper flow and alignment.
• Perform mandrel, air, or vacuum testing and CCTV inspections.

Storm Drainage Systems

• Install reinforced concrete pipes (RCP), HDPE, or CMP as specified.
• Install inlets, catch basins, junction boxes, and headwalls.
• Ensure proper slope and alignment to designed flow direction.

Backfilling and Compaction

• Backfill trenches in layers with approved materials.
• Compact to required densities.
• Install warning/marker tapes above utilities.
• Restore surface finishes (asphalt, concrete).

Testing and Quality Control

• Conduct pressure, leakage, deflection, and vacuum tests as applicable.
• Record test results and submit to the project engineer.
• Provide as-built drawings showing actual utility locations and depths.
