Scope of Work:
Scope of work includes installation of assembled windows and doors on exterior and interior of building. Height of work reaches up to top floor of building. Items are installed from the inside of the building. A swing stage is used to caulk exterior of windows and work is performed by MTM employees.
The reason no subcontractors are listed is because we are no longer using any subs. Equipment is being borrowed from existing subs and MTM is providing waivers for use of these swing stages.
