Scope of Work:
Water Distribution Systems
- Install PVC, HDPE, DIP, or copper pipelines per design.
- Install valves, fittings, fire hydrants, thrust blocks, and service connections.
- Pressure test, disinfect, and flush lines.
Sanitary Sewer Systems
- Install gravity sewer mains, laterals, and manholes.
- Set grades to maintain proper flow and alignment.
- Perform mandrel, air, or vacuum testing and CCTV inspections.
Storm Drainage Systems
- Install reinforced concrete pipes (RCP), HDPE, or CMP as specified.
- Install inlets, catch basins, junction boxes, and headwalls.
- Ensure proper slope and alignment to designed flow direction.
Backfilling and Compaction
- Backfill trenches in layers with approved materials.
- Compact to required densities.
- Install warning/marker tapes above utilities.
- Restore surface finishes (asphalt, concrete).
Testing and Quality Control
- Conduct pressure, leakage, deflection, and vacuum tests as applicable.
- Record test results and submit to the project engineer.
- Provide as-built drawings showing actual utility locations and depths.
